PROFESSIONAL TEETH WHITENING IN MECHANICSVILLE

A brighter smile, without changing what makes it yours.

SENSITIVITY-AWARE CARE

Why it matters

Whitening Works Best When We Understand the Discoloration

Not all tooth discoloration is the same. The cause, your existing dental work, sensitivity, and the natural shade of your teeth all influence which whitening approach is appropriate and what kind of result you can realistically expect.

1.

Different types of discoloration respond differently to whitening.

2.

Existing crowns, veneers, and fillings will not whiten like natural teeth.

3.

Sensitivity and oral health should be considered before treatment begins.

4

A professional assessment helps set realistic expectations for the final shade.

Know more before you decide.

Our recommendation depends on your exam and individual health. These answers are a starting point—not a diagnosis.

    • Temporary sensitivity is possible. Tell us if you already have sensitive teeth so we can plan accordingly.

    • No. Dental restorations generally do not whiten like natural enamel, which is why existing visible restorations should be considered first.

    • Results vary with starting shade, stain type and enamel. The goal is a brighter natural smile, not a guaranteed shade number.
