Why it matters

Quick Attention Can Make a Big Difference

Dental emergencies can worsen quickly depending on the cause. Prompt evaluation helps us identify what is happening, manage pain or swelling, protect the tooth where possible, and determine the right next step.

1.

Early evaluation can help prevent pain, swelling, or damage from getting worse.

2.

Broken or injured teeth may have a better chance of being saved when treated promptly.

3.

Signs of infection should be assessed quickly to determine the appropriate care.

4.

Fast guidance helps you understand what needs immediate treatment and what can safely wait.

What to expect

A clear, considered process.

Every treatment is different, but the experience follows the same principle: understand first, explain clearly, and move forward together.

Step 1

Call

Tell us what happened and the symptoms you are experiencing.

Step 2

Triage

We help determine how urgently you should be seen.

Step 3

Evaluate

An exam and imaging help identify the immediate problem.

Step 4

Relieve & plan

We address the urgent concern and explain definitive treatment.

Know more before
you decide.

Your recommendation depends on your exam and individual health. These answers are a starting point—not a diagnosis.

    • Elevate plans to reserve availability for urgent dental concerns whenever the schedule allows. Call the office rather than relying on an online form.

    • Severe pain, swelling, trauma, uncontrolled bleeding, a knocked-out tooth, a broken tooth or a lost restoration with significant symptoms are common reasons to call.

    • For life-threatening symptoms, trouble breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, or major facial trauma, seek emergency medical care. For tooth-specific concerns, call the dental office.
