Why it matters

A Dental Implant Should Feel Like Part of Your Smile

Implant treatment is about more than replacing a missing tooth. Good planning considers the health of the bone and gums, the position of the implant, the final restoration, and how everything will function together over time.

1.

Bone and gum health are evaluated before implant treatment is planned.

2.

Implant position is planned with the final tooth shape, bite, and appearance in mind.

3.

The restoration should look natural and function comfortably with the surrounding teeth.

3.

Long-term success depends on careful planning, healing, hygiene, and regular maintenance.

What to expect

A clear, considered process.

Step 1

Consult

We evaluate the missing tooth area and your goals.

Step 2

Plan

Imaging and restorative requirements guide the treatment pathway.

Step 3

Place & Heal

Implant placement and healing occur according to the surgical plan.

Step 4

Restore

The implant is restored with the planned crown or prosthesis.

Know more before you decide.

Your recommendation depends on your exam and individual health. These answers are a starting point—not a diagnosis.

    • We’ll evaluate your needs and let you know whether implant placement can be completed at Elevate or if coordination with a trusted surgical specialist is recommended. Either way, we’ll guide you through the treatment plan from start to finish.

    • Treatment time varies widely depending on healing, bone needs, extraction timing and the type of restoration.

    • Not always. The condition of neighboring teeth, bone, health, cost, timeline and patient preference all matter. We compare appropriate options.
